It's important to look at every aspect of your home life and consider the future when setting about planning.

As a married mother of 3 young kids, I am ashamed to say that my husband and I have never really looked at any type of financial planning? What are your key pieces of advice in terms of getting started?

I strongly believe that careful financial planning is a hugely important component of family life. As a parent myself, I completely understand how difficult it is to see past the day to day running of a busy household.
