Séamas O'Reilly: Scavengers Reign is a triumph of imagination and mundanity

Scavengers Reign has just landed on Netflix this week, and it’s a hard show to describe. 

“You just have to watch it” is a pretty pathetic line coming from someone whose job is to convince you that this is one of the best television programmes of the past year.
