33-acre East Cork holding already under offer
The land parcel in question is at Kilclare, just outside the village of Conna on the Cork side.
For sale with CCM Property Network, a 33-acre holding in East Cork is attracting a good deal of interest.
Not surprising, as good quality grassland in this very active part of Munster has been in high demand over the last decade, with very strong prices being recorded in recent years.
The land parcel in question is at Kilclare, just outside the village of Conna on the Cork side. This is a part of Munster closely associated with horse-breeding as well as with excellent dairying productivity and some tillage.
“It’s along the banks of the River Bride,” says selling agent Éamonn O’Brien. “It has been very well farmed over the years and it’s all in a very good sward of red clover at the moment.
"It’s laid out in two fields and, as you can imagine along by the banks of the Bride, it’s a very fertile plot of land.”
There is a tenant in situ, but possession can be taken by the new owner at the end of December of this fine block of land, which has a price guide of €400,000 (€12,000/acre).
Unsurprisingly, the property is already under offer.
