Domestic milk intake in the 11 months to November 2025 up 5%

According to the latest Central Statistics Office report, domestic milk intake rose by 5.1% (419.1 million litres) from January to November last year

Domestic milk intake was estimated at 8.58 billion litres from January to November 2025, a rise of 419.1 million litres on 2024’s figures.

Domestic milk intake rose by 5.1% in the 11 months from January to November 2025 when compared to the previous year's figures.

According to the latest Central Statistics Office (CSO) report, domestic milk intake was estimated at 8.58 billion litres from January to November 2025, a rise of 419.1 million litres on 2024’s figures, and up 326.7 million litres (4%) when compared with 2023.
