Last week, a 25-acre land parcel at Rathkea near Tipperary Town was successfully sold at auction by Limerick’s GVM Auctioneers.

The auction was held simultaneously online (via lslauctions.com) and at the Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel on Wednesday, October 29.
