“The house would probably need a little bit of modernisation,” says joint selling agent Richard Ryan of GVM. 

“But it has a fine structure. With the farm buildings, a lot of them were built in the 1970s, with cubicle houses and covered silage pits… There are also some nice traditional stone outbuildings.”

The overall guide price is €1,800,000: €800,000 for Lot 1 and €1,000,000 for Lot 2.
