The showing season is just over five weeks away, and organisers nationwide are already busy working to ensure their network of 123 events are again successful.

They are doing so in the knowledge that the Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht has announced an investment of over €1m to support what is a key component of life in rural Ireland.
