Lakeland Dairies to pay extra 0.8c per litre for 2024 milk

Qualifying farmers will also receive a 5c per litre out-of-season payment

Lakeland Dairies has held its base price for milk supplied in December, and announced an additional 0.8c per litre loyalty payment on all milk supplied in 2024 will also be paid this month.

A base price of 49.6c per litre (3.6% butterfat and 3.3% protein) will be paid for December milk in the Republic of Ireland, inclusive of the 0.5c per litre Sustainability Incentive Payment.
