Eco Scheme advance payments begin

Advance payments worth a combined €206m have begun to issue under the 2024 Eco-Scheme to over 110,000 farmers.

By the closing date for applications on May 15, 2024, DAFM had received 121,097 applications from farmers for the Eco Scheme, of which, at present, 117,431 are eligible for payment.
