Class wins for Irish firms at International Cheese Awards

The top trophy for the ICDA Supreme Champion Cheese went to the Blue Stilton of Long Clawson Dairy in Leicestershire, one of six licensed worldwide to make Stilton.

West Cork's Carbery took on the world's best at the recent 2024 International Cheese Awards in England and came home with some big awards.

Carbery won the class award for cheese with health benefits, open to UK and non-UK producers, with the silver and bronze awards going to the UK's Joseph Heler Ltd and Romania's Five Continent cheese factory.
