An eye-catching 32-acre property in Meath is up for auction at the Ardboyne Hotel in Navan on Tuesday, July 16 (also online via LSL Auctions). 

The holding is in the townland of Robertstown, on the edge of Kilbeg village, County Meath. Kells is 9km to the southwest, while Navan lies approximately 20km to the southeast.

“This house is a period property and it has a turnkey finish,” says selling agent Pádraic Murtagh of Mullingar-based James L Murtagh Auctioneers. 

“It remains to be seen whether it will sell in lots (house + 5 acres and 27 acres) or as the entire.”

The land is of top quality, laid out in two divisions; south-facing and with road frontage on three sides. The majority is in tillage, with some grassland and additional farm buildings to the rear of the house.

The price guide is approximately €950,000 (€550,000 for the house on five acres and €14,000/acre for the land).
