A Fermoy-based dairy snack company has secured a multi-million contract to supply over 580 Marks and Spencer (M&S) stores across Ireland and the UK.

The deal for Dairy Concepts, headquartered at the Moorepark dairy research and development campus, includes the launch of a new high-protein, gluten-free, dairy snack range, developed in collaboration with M&S, under the brand name M&S Cheese Clouds.
