The most popular scams at the moment purport to be from An Post or DHL claiming that a package is due and that a customs or other fee is due, writes rural accountant Kieran Coughlan.

The number of scam emails, texts, and phone calls that we, as the general public, are exposed to seems to be increasing at a ridiculous rate, and it’s no different for farm businesses.

The Revenue Commissioners have issued a warning to the public not to forward any personal information via email or other pop-ups.
