Beef prices cut 5-10c/kg as pressure for supplies eases
Poorer finished, lower-grading cows are a weaker trade at back to 390c/kg being offered for P-grade this week.
Suppliers of most categories of stock are experiencing a further tightening in the quotes from the factories for this week.
As the flow of cattle to the factories continues strong, easing the pressure on the processors to get sufficient stock to supply their requirements, their quoted prices have been cut by 5-10c/kg.
