Industry working to ‘grow public trust’ in Irish dairy
Industry is currently trying to “bridge between what you're doing inside the farmgate and the recognition in the court of public opinion”.
"Growing public trust" in dairy farming is underpinning the work of the National Dairy Council, according to chief executive Zoe Kavanagh.
Ms Kavanagh said that the public's knowledge of "what you're doing on your farm is vitally important", and their opinion "really matters".
