45-acre Tipperary farm going to auction with €11k/acre guide

here have been very few land parcels come on the market this area of Tipperary in recent years.

Located in Toor, 5km south of the village of Newtown in County Tipperary and close to Nenagh (7km to the centre of Nenagh) and the shores of Lough Derg (also about 7km away), a 45-acre farm has just come on the market this week with Nenagh-based auctioneers REA Eoin Dillon.

The property will be going under the hammer in an online auction that will take place on Tuesday, March 14. The lands are described by the selling agents as mainly prime top-quality grassland and there is a three-bay shed and stone shed on the property.
