Extension for submitting payment applications under safety measure

Farmers are reminded that receipts must confirm that the investments meet the quality standards set out in the terms and conditions.

The measure provides a financial contribution to participating farmers covering 60% of the eligible cost of a maximum of two quad bike helmets and four PTO shaft covers.

A two-week extension has been announced for submitting an application for payment under the National Farm Safety Measure.

The deadline of October 27 for having submitted expressions of interest to the scheme remains unchanged, but the deadline for submitting an application for payment is now November 10.
