An Taisce takes legal aim at nitrates derogations

An Taisce has launched a High Court challenge aimed at overturning the State programme that regulates the level of nitrates used as fertiliser, in agricultural practice.

The action arises out of the State’s approval of the Fifth Nitrates Action Programme (NAP).
