If you enjoy use of a right of way to access your property, farm or house, it is very important to ensure it is registered, and if not, to take steps to ensure its registration. If you enjoy the benefit of a right of way that is not registered, there are three ways of rectifying the matter, before a November 30, 2021 deadline.
