Over €14,000 per acre offered for 57 acres near Dungarvan

Good quality farm land in significant parcels has been rare on the market around Dungarvan, Co Waterford, over the last decade.

A 207-acre residential farm in the townland of Carriglea came on the market two years ago, and was rumoured to have sold for about €14,000 per acre.
