Dear Karen,

I inherited land along with three of my cousins, in equal shares.

The property has been vested in our names as tenants in common.

There is already disagreement between us as to what to do with the lands.

Two of us would like to keep the land, for nostalgic reasons, but the others want to sell it. What are our options? Can we be forced to sell?
