Agricultural innovations for three-degree world

Micro-irrigation systems powered by solar; stress-tolerant crop varieties; weather index-based agricultural insurance schemes; and climate-informed advisories for rural populations, are among 10 existing agricultural innovations with potential to mitigate climate change, according to the CGIAR global partnership of organisations researching a food-secured future.
