A Kilkenny agri-business has announced 20 new jobs, in addition to its global workforce increase by 100 jobs since 2015.

Run by the fifth generation of the Connolly family, Connolly’s Red Mills sources up to 50% of its grains locally from farmers in the South East, for products which are exported to 74 countries, including feeds for over one third of the world’s top racehorses in Europe and Asia.
