Lamb prices yo-yo back up after last week’s dip

Lamb prices at some of the factories have recovered from the dip in the trade experienced last week, which appears to have contributed to a tightening in the supply.

Up to 600 cents/kg is being quoted for lambs at the top of the trade this week, an improvement of 20-25 cents/kg on the disappointing returns which were offered for last week.
