A 33% rise in China’s infant formula imports year-on-year has helped to boost dairy markets.

Recent figures from Chinese customs for the January to April period also indicate that Ireland’s dairy exports to mainland China, a huge market with a population of 1.4bn, increased to just under €150m, compared to €115m in the same period last year.
