The fidget spinner has certainly run its course. It’s spun out. I no longer use mine. The yard at Kilmallock mart on Monday was full of them, with hawkers desperately trying to sell the twirly yokes at €3 a pop. And there was no run on stock either.

A month ago you couldn’t get your hot little hands on a fidget spinner, for love nor money.
