Stephen Cadogan: Have your say in national plan or you may be ignored

Only about 3,000 submissions were made by the members of the public in the initial public consultation phase of the Ireland 2040 National Planning Framework, which the Government says will shape how Ireland develops by 2040.

Many may have been unaware of the public consultation, launched on February 3, inviting all of us to contribute initial views by March 16.
