IFA director general salary is €185,350

IFA has appointed Damian McDonald as director general, and revealed that his salary will be €185,350, with IFA also paying a 15% pension contribution, health insurance cover, and a company car is provided.

It compares with a remuneration package as high as €535,000 for IFA secretary general Pat Smith, who left the organisation last year amid controversy over pay.

IFA has also revealed that the remuneration for its president, Joe Healy, is €120,000. He also has a company car.
