Each week, I postponed it, because I wished to stay on the lighter side of life. I was wrong there. Mea Culpa.

Today, this blunt and quite brutal message jars totally with the seasonal atmosphere of peace and goodwill and family gatherings and joyful community celebrations. But I, quite honestly, am forced to publish it, because no less than three families I am well acquainted with suffered tragedies since last Christmas on their farms. And that is a pure and tragic truth.
