Ireland was at 103% of the EU average price, according to IFA, which said supplies are very short across the continent, but the Russian export ban is still hampering the market.

IFA said official Irish quotes this week are 175-176c/kg (at export plants, on a flat-rate basis mostly), with pork slaughter prices at 179p, and sows staying at 105-110c/kg deadweight.
