Farmers in leases, tenancies must act decisively on entitlements

The new Basic Payment Scheme, which will run from 2015 to 2019, replaces the Single Farm Payment.

For the majority of farmers, the new scheme will involve relatively little change.

For those in leasing or tenancies, it is more complicated. Decisive action will be needed.
