Internet map provides environmental information

Environmental information which includes soil and sub-soil type is now available for the entire country on an interactive internet map.

The My Local Environment (Timpeall an Tí) map can be accessed via gis.epa.ie/myenvironment#/search or from the front page of the Environ-mental Protection Agency’s (EPA) www.epa.ie website.

It is designed to give easy access to information on environmental issues like local air and water quality.
