10,000 AEOS3 applications received

In the region of 10,000 AEOS 3 applications were received by the Department of Agriculture by close of business on Friday, Dec 7 — the extended deadline for submission of applications.

The scheme has a budget of €20m, providing payment of up to €4,000 per annum to about 6,000 applicants.

All applications will be processed and assessed with a view to issuing approvals to successful applicants as soon as possible.
