New deadline set for pig producers’ aid

He said he was aware that a small number of pig producers had been unable to lodge valid applications by last week’s original closing date.

All applications received during the extension will be included in a new final tranche for which €3 million will be available. Other conditions in the Scheme remain unchanged, including the final date for completion of work and lodgement of a payment claim (the end of September, 2013).
