Don’t panic if you are running out of grass

A few weeks ago, I was writing about the abundance of grass on most livestock farms.

Amazingly, the tables have turned severely on many farms.

Many dairy and beef producers are looking at a grass deficit if harsh weather conditions continue. Growth is very slow, and animals are getting through grass fast.
