Leasing, conacre and the taxation differences

This is a particularly busy time of the year for land leasing and conacre. Many leases are renewed at this time of year, because it ties in with the end of the quota year, and before crop harvesting.

In fact, about 40% of all leases are signed in March, with December being the next busiest month.
