Back in seventh heaven

There is one surefire way to revive Ireland, and especially rural Ireland, and not cost a fortune.

It would not involve austerity, would breathe new spiritual life across the provinces, and would make us all better and brighter. The miracle could be accomplished inside four or five years.

The Government that establishes it would be impossible to unseat for 20 years. The national smile would be back. It is commonsense. I am referring to the critical necessity for modern parents to breed a new generation of seventh sons. That would solve all our ills and ailments.
