Start your new enterprise with a SWOT

LAST week, I boiled financial planning down to its simplest form — only two ways to earn more — by increasing your farm sales or reducing your farm costs.

I looked at financial planning from the perspective of expanding your income. As a starting point, you should look at whether any resources available to you are under-utilised.

Before you jump in and start taking on these new challenges, you should consider undertaking SWOT analysis.
