Sheep need access to clean water

IT is particularly critical for pregnant ewes and ewes with young lambs that sheep have access to clean water at all times.

Special consideration is necessary if the ground is covered in snow and pipes or streams are frozen.

While sheep eating grass may appear to consume little water, demands can be high.
