Dawn Meats emphasise specifications for young bull beef

DAWN MEATS has appealed to farmers considering a move into young bull beef production to talk to Teagasc and those already in production to avoid any pitfalls — and most importantly, talk to Dawn Meats procurement managers about the seasonal nature of their bull beef market requirements.
