Applications for suspended TAMS schemes set to reopen soon

AGRICULTURE Minister Simon Coveney has said he aspires to reopening the €90 million targeted agricultural modernisation schemes (TAMS) for applications in the not too distant future.

The schemes were suspended for new applications on June 8, until availability of government funds for next year is clarified.

Applications received prior to the date of suspension will be processed and approved up to the level of the current tranches of funding.
