A couple not at the mercy of milk price fluctuations

“We didn’t want to be at the mercy of milk price fluctuations. We took back a bit of control with the ice-cream in 2006, and this is just another way we intend to increase our own control of our business.”

Milk vending machines can be branded to represent the farm the milk has come from, and farm visits and information and communications technology offer opportunities to allow the consumer connect with the producer.
