Castletownroche farm attracts much interest

LAUNCHED in late October and with a good deal of interest so far, a 60-acre farm at Ballinvoher, Castletownroche, is going to final offers tomorrow, Friday.

Auctioneer Michael Barry is bringing bidding to a head, (he’s close to €800,000) and hopes to conclude the sale at close of business tomorrow.

The property is described as being of excellent quality, and that’s borne out by the fact that there are at least three bidders. The agent gave a guide price of €1 million, and expects a good result.
