Castletownroche farm attracts much interest
Auctioneer Michael Barry is bringing bidding to a head, (he’s close to €800,000) and hopes to conclude the sale at close of business tomorrow.
The property is described as being of excellent quality, and that’s borne out by the fact that there are at least three bidders. The agent gave a guide price of €1 million, and expects a good result.
With good quality limestone soil, the property is a residential offering, in two blocks. One includes a three-bedroom cottage on 42 acres, and the second comprises 18 acres.
