€20,000 an acre for land with building potential

CLOSE to Kilbrittain village in west Cork, a single block of land which could have some building development potential is being sold.

The 30 acre holding at Roundtree is being sold by John Hodnett of SWS Property Services, and he’s hoping to get more than €20,000 per acre.

All in one field of grass, the property is within range of Bandon, Kinsale and Cork city, he says. The holding, which has been leased for some time, has extensive road frontage and offers great potential, either for building a one-off house, or more.
