THERE has been very little change in the trade for lambs this week, with factory qouting more or less as they were before the holiday weekend.

The supply of spring lamb, and the demand for it from the markets, are proving very slow to pick up this year.

Later lambing on farms, and the delayed grass growth, reduced the supply of new season lamb.
