166 acre Co Cork farm fetches €5.5 million

ALL tied up and with parties on both sides happy, the sale of a 166 acre farm at Ballynoe, Ballyfeard, Co Cork is now official.

Launched in late March, the top class dairy farm of Fíach Lynch was listed as one of the biggest farm sales in South Cork at the time.

Selling agent Christy Buckley was close to the mark, when he quoted a €5 million guide for the farm: it sold for €5.5 million.
