Export plants mostly quote 138 cent to 143 cent net, with 6c extra for welfare pigs. The pork slaughtering price range is 140 to 144 cent. Other IFA price estimates are €48 to €52 for 32kg weaners, and €31 to €35 per cwt liveweight for sows.
