Driver training courses

THE Health and Safety Authority (HSA) has approved new training courses for drivers carrying Ammonium Nitrate fertilisers.
Driver training courses

Where fertilisers are classified as hazardous, and carried in bulk or bags marked ‘UN2067’, a driver-training certificate is needed.

Training courses will run to the end of January, 2005 and examinations will be offered until the end of March, 2005. A list of approved training providers is available from the HSA at 01-6147042 or on the www.hsa.ie website.
