Charter of rights for farmers

A CHARTER of rights for farmers for the next two years was published yesterday by Agriculture Minister Mary Coughlan.

She said the charter sets outs specific delivery targets for many services and scheme payments to the department’s farmer customers. Ms Coughlan said that improving the standard of service provided remained one of her priorities.
